Accounts Receivables Financing: All industries and factoring

  1. Completed credit application (submit in excel format to include all tabs: debt schedule, list of clients with estimated yearly volume of sales).

  2. Last three years accrual basis financial statements (income statement and balance sheet for each year)
  3. Current interim accrual basis financial statement
  4. Current accounts receivable aging and current retained aging if available
  5. Current accounts payable aging
  6. Two years projected financial statements. Note: in some cases projected financial statements may not be needed for pre-approval, but they will definitely be needed for final due diligence and approval. However if the two years financial statements are submitted at the beginning, it is possible to be pre-approved for a larger credit limit.

Structured Financing: All industries
